Didn’t match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. Any additional feedback? Also this admin account which is basically my email address does not show in the list of users, so there’s no way to delete the admin acct or reset he password from cmd.

The only times I’m able to see this admin account it’s when attempting to perform any admin tasks then the AUC will prompt me to enter admin credentials. I want to recap that this admin account is basically my Microsoft email, but the outlook password will not work as the admin password. Any help will be greatly appreciated it.
